This Cookie Policy applies to citizens and residents of the European Economic Area and Switzerland.

1. Introduction

Our website https://solureach.com (the “website”) may use cookies and related technologies (for convenience, all such technologies are referred to here as “cookies”). Cookies may also be placed by third parties we have engaged. The document below sets out how cookies are used on our website.

2. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small, simple file sent along with the pages of this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer or another device. The information stored in it may be returned to our servers, or to the servers of the relevant third parties, on a subsequent visit.

3. What are scripts?

A script is a piece of program code used to make our website work properly and interactively. This code runs either on our server or on your device.

4. What is a web beacon?

A web beacon (or pixel tag) is a small, invisible piece of text or an image on a website, used to monitor traffic to that site. To do this, various pieces of data about you are stored using web beacons.

5. Categories of cookies

5.1 Technical or functional cookies

Some cookies make sure that particular parts of the website work properly and that your preferences are remembered. Placing functional cookies makes visiting our website easier for you. We may place these cookies without your consent.

5.2 Analytics cookies

We use analytics cookies to improve the experience of our website for the people using it. They give us an understanding of how the website is used. We ask for your permission before placing them.

5.3 Marketing / tracking cookies

Marketing and tracking cookies are cookies, or any other form of local storage, used to build user profiles for displaying advertising, or to track a user across this website or several websites for similar marketing purposes.

5.4 Social media and embedded content

Our website may contain embedded third-party content, such as videos. This content is embedded using code supplied by those third parties and may place cookies. Please read the privacy statements of those services, which may change from time to time.

6. Cookies placed

Our own cookies

The website itself places no cookies of its own in your browser. It is a static site and requires no login. The only exception is a record of your decision in the consent bar, so that we do not ask you again on every visit.

Google Analytics 4 — analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure traffic. It places the _ga and _ga_<ID> cookies, valid for up to 2 years, and records a truncated IP address, the pages visited, the source of the visit and the type of device. It is loaded only after you consent.

More information: Google Privacy Policy.

Meta Pixel — marketing / tracking

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) to evaluate advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It places the _fbp cookie, valid for 90 days, and records the pages visited and the actions taken. The data is used to measure how ads perform, for remarketing and for building lookalike audiences. It is loaded only after you consent.

More information: Meta Privacy Policy.

YouTube

Videos on the website are loaded only once you click on them. Until that moment, no connection to YouTube’s servers is made. Once a video starts, YouTube may place its own cookies (for example VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, YSC, PREF, GPS) for playback and audience measurement. We use the youtube-nocookie.com domain, which limits tracking to the necessary minimum.

More information: Google Privacy Policy.

Calendly

The “Book a consultation” buttons lead to Calendly, an external service. That service’s cookies are placed on the calendly.com domain — that is, after you have left our website.

More information: Calendly Privacy Policy.

We place analytics and marketing cookies only after you have given us your consent in the information bar shown on your first visit. Consent is voluntary — if you decline, the website will work exactly the same.

You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings in the site footer, by email to [email protected], or by deleting the cookies in your browser. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

8. Enabling, disabling and deleting cookies

You can use your web browser to delete cookies automatically or manually. You can also specify that certain cookies may not be placed. Another option is to change the settings of your browser so that you receive a message each time a cookie is placed. For more about these options, see the instructions in the Help section of your browser.

Please note that if all cookies are disabled, our website may not work properly.

9. Your rights in relation to personal data

In relation to your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • You have the right to know why your personal data is needed, what will happen to it, and how long it will be kept.
  • Right of access: you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: you have the right to supplement, correct, erase or block your personal data at any time.
  • If you have given us consent to process your data, you have the right to withdraw that consent and to have your personal data erased.
  • Right to data portability: you have the right to request all of your personal data from the controller and to transfer it in full to another controller.
  • Right to object: you may object to the processing of your data. We will respect that, unless there are legitimate grounds for the processing.

To exercise these rights, please contact us. If you have a complaint about how we handle your data, we would like to hear from you, but you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic).
